Return Policy

Downloaded DVDs are non-refundable. There is no exception to this policy.

DVD Sets can be returned, unopened, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Defective DVDs will be exchanged for a replacement as long as they have not been modified in any way, including, but not limited to, writing on the product or labeling the product or any other alterations to the product.

Clothing, hats and visors can be exchanged or returned for refund within 15 days of receipt. Items must be returned in new condition in original packaging.

Books cannot be returned. All sales are final.

Shipping charges are not refundable after you receive your purchase, without exception.

Please include your packing list with the return shipment. When shipping items to us, please use a sturdy carton (the original carton you received, if possible) that will prevent damage to the contents.

We cannot accept returns of items purchased from other merchants. These items must be returned to the respective merchant according to their return policy.
