Expanding our Instructor Training Program in Europe

Our first objective at Stack & Tilt Golf has always been to build a global network of dedicated instructors to serve each other and develop professionally. The Stack & Tilt Golf Instructor Network has a global reach of over 300 strong spanning four continents and demand across Europe is still high among the instructor community.

We have grown in size and strength in the past year, and as we look ahead in 2015 and beyond, we recognize that our instructors – current and prospective – deserve to have trainings and support close to home, wherever their home may be. One of our differentiators is the camaraderie. Our coaches support each other without reservation in the quest for knowledge, skills and ability. That is almost unique in such a highly competitive industry.

As a result, we are thrilled to announce the beginning of a new program led by three outstanding senior European instructors: Rob Cheney, Martin Park and Jose Vicente Perez. They are committed to assisting us by expanding the ranks of our instructors on the continent and providing more local and frequent support. The first trainings by this new team will be with Martin and Rob at Valle del Este Resort in Andalucia, Spain, on March 10th, 2015.

Rob Cheney (Portugal)

Rob, originally from Stevenage, England, has been a Stack & Tilt Golf instructor since 2008, and has established a thriving year-round program in the Algarve region of Portugal.

“It’s fair to say this system transformed my golf coaching and helped me create a very successful business. I’m extremely proud and honored to have been entrusted by Mike & Andy to carry this message forward to my fellow golf coaches across Europe. I can’t wait to get started!”

Martin Park (Denmark)

Martin, a Scot living in Denmark, has been a Stack & Tilt Golf instructor since 2007. He has enjoyed much success with a spectrum of golfers ranging from beginners to those who entrust him with their careers on the professional Tours of Europe.

“What I discovered after studying with Andy Plummer, Mike Bennett and my fellow Stack & Tilt Golf instructors completely revolutionized the way I thought about the golf swing. It is a paradigm shift, growing organically with every new instructor who joins our network and helping us become the vanguard of golf instruction. I’m extremely grateful and inspired to continue this expansion in Europe.”

Jose Vicente Perez (Spain)

Jose comes from a family of golfers and currently serves as the Head of Training for the PGA of Spain. He has been a Stack & Tilt instructor since 2012.

“I was lucky enough to be invited to attend a Stack & Tilt Golf reunion in Murcia, and I was so impressed. I had never heard anybody talk about the golf swing like Andy, and I wanted to join the network that day. Stack & Tilt Golf has changed the way I teach, and my students are improving faster than ever. I am proud to be a part of this network and this new program in Europe.”
