In my golf swing, I have a tendency to turn my head too much and it moves backwards. I use this drill to help me focus on keeping my head still in order to get good contact.

Practice Drill

The average golfer finishes the swing with the body in flexion. The main reason for this is because they are taught to turn the hips very fast at the beginning of the downswing, which causes the weight to go backward and the hips to stay in flexion. As a result, the average golfer needs to learn how to extend more and faster in order to hit the ball higher and farther.
